Protocol Enhancement II (Phase 2): Enhancing the TrueFi website and protocol by integrating the Akemona software to create TrueFi functionalities for borrowers/issuers, enabling them to issue their own debt/equity security tokens in accordance with SEC Regulation D 506(c)* to raise on-chain funds, allowing lenders to invest under the same regulation. Borrowers will be able to (1) create offerings, (2) accept investments using TRU, (3) collateralize assets purchased from raised funds if needed, (4) repay principal and interest/dividends using TRU, (5) reward investors with utility tokens that can be exchanged for TRU. Lenders will be able to fund borrowers using TRU. To achieve these goals, Akemona will integrate its white-label tokenization platform with the TrueFi website for seamless collaboration. The Akemona tokenization platform manages the entire lifecycle of tokenized assets, from issuance to redemption, in compliance with SEC regulations.
