Foresight News reports that, according to Yahoo Finance, the Trump administration may open the IPO market to cryptocurrency companies, allowing stablecoin issuer Circle, cryptocurrency exchange Kraken, and others to be permitted to go public in the United States.
Currently, under the leadership of Gary Gensler, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has yet to consider the listing applications of companies like Circle, which is seeking to go public through a merger with a special purpose acquisition company.
