CELEBe Users to Connect with Chiliz Chain Through New Integration

The integration enables users of CELEBe to easily interface with the Chiliz Chain. Aspects of this integration include the total integration of the FanC Wallet with the Chiliz Chain, the direct minting of $FANC tokens on the Chiliz Chain, the smart contract to convert CELEBe reward points to $FANC tokens, and bridging of $FANC tokens. These improvements will help the users of the platform and make the interactions based on blockchain more convenient and useful.

FanC has already created an ecosystem of short-form content that is already successful in markets such as South Korea and the Philippines. It has a very distinct reward system, and for this reason, more than thirty thousand creators have joined the platform and more join the platform every day. The relationship with Chiliz seeks to combine these communities in order for them to interact. The idea is to bring new opportunities and connections to the users of both platforms enhancing the reach and utility of both platforms.

CEOs of Chiliz and FanC Emphasize Innovation Through Blockchain

Chiliz CEO, Alexandre Dreyfus also echoed the same sentiments while receiving FanC into the Chiliz Chain stating that the idea was to expand the use of blockchain in areas other than sports and into content too. Another similar statement was made by David Lee, the CEO of FanC, who stated the similar idea claiming that this integration will not only widen the technological offer but also the opportunities for both creators and end-users.

This collaboration between Chiliz and FanC is a significant way to go in the non-sports sector of entertainment and content production through the use of blockchain technology. Both platforms want to connect their communities and improve users’ experiences in order to foster innovation and create new opportunities for content makers and users.
