Spain's CNMV Approves First Tokenization License, Promoting RWA Tokenization
According to Odaily Planet Daily, Spain's securities regulator CNMV has approved the country's first tokenization license, opening the door to the tokenization of real-world assets (RWA). Ursus-3 Capital has partnered with Onyze to become the first consortium able to provide tokenization services to Spanish companies.
Ursus-3 Capital General Manager Juan Jurado stated that RWA tokenization offers entrepreneurs unlimited possibilities, and ensuring legal security for investors is crucial. Third parties are already able to sign contracts for their tokenization services.
