Deep Tide TechFlow News, December 1, according to Bitcoin.com, Spain's securities regulator CNMV has approved the country's first tokenization license, opening the door to the tokenization of real-world assets (RWA). Ursus-3 Capital, in collaboration with Onyze, is the first consortium able to provide such services to Spanish companies seeking to enter the world of distributed ledger technology. Juan Jurado, General Manager of Ursus-3 Capital, stated: "We firmly believe that the tokenization of real assets creates a universe of possibilities for entrepreneurs, and ensuring the legal safety of investors is important." Third parties can now sign contracts for their tokenization services.
