Experts predict that the Bitcoin price could exceed $110,000 and rise to $1 million in 2025 due to increasing liquidity and political developments.

While it is stated that Bitcoin has entered a "parabolic phase" in the market cycle, experts predict that the price could reach $ 110,000 by the end of January. It is stated that the correlation between Global Macro Investor's Total Liquidity Index and Bitcoin price points to this increase.

Raoul Pal, founder and CEO of Global Macro Investor, said in a statement on November 29 that Bitcoin’s current cycle at $110,000 is just a “local peak.” “Incorrect versions of this chart are circulating. Here is an update to our original work at Global Macro Investor,” Pal added in a note. According to Pal’s estimates, Bitcoin could reach $110,000 in January 2025, but could experience a temporary dip below $70,000 in February 2025. He predicts that this correction will be short-term and that prices will recover as liquidity increases.

The US Federal Reserve’s liquidity-boosting efforts have generally created a positive environment for risky assets like Bitcoin, said Alvin Kan, Bitget Wallet’s chief operating officer. “Historically, such liquidity injections have led to increased investor interest in cryptocurrencies and accelerated capital inflows,” he said. Analysts expect global liquidity to peak in January 2026. During this period, Bitcoin is expected to attract 10% of the new money supply printed, which could mean $2 trillion in new investments in Bitcoin through 2025.

Bitcoin Price Could Reach $132K
Jamie Coutts, chief crypto analyst at Real Vision, said that increased liquidity could push Bitcoin’s price above $132,000 next year. “That’s my long-term expectation for this cycle, a 12-month forecast based on a linear relationship with liquidity. But Bitcoin cycles are not linear; we can go much higher,” Coutts said.

Following former US President Donald Trump’s election victory on November 5, a new wave of risk appetite has emerged in the market. This wave is expected to support the cryptocurrency rally in 2025. “With the Trump administration inaugurated, we expect all crypto assets to reach new highs thanks to a more supportive regulatory environment,” Bitfinex analysts said. Blockstream CEO and Hashcash inventor Adam Back suggested that the Bitcoin price could rise to $1 million if the Trump administration approves a strategic Bitcoin reserve.
