$XRP strange things are happening. The rate has broken 1.7 and we see movement upwards, BUT there is a withdrawal of funds, which is extremely illogical. If the coin is being sold and money is being withdrawn, the rate cannot be rising, yet it is rising, frankly, it's a murky story 🤨
