Musk's big announcement: DOGE sector reform government plan

"Our country was founded on a fundamental idea: that the people who run the government should be elected by the voters. However, that is not the case in America today!"
Today, most laws are made not by Congress but by unelected bureaucrats through “rules and regulations,” which grow in number by the thousands every year.
Even more outrageous is that most of the government’s executive decisions and spending arrangements are made not by the elected president, or even his top appointees, but by millions of unelected and unelected civil servants who, protected by the civil service system, feel that they cannot be fired.
