The Swiss cantonal parliament of Bern 🇨🇭 has passed a proposal to study Bitcoin mining as a solution to utilize excess energy and stabilize the power grid.

According to the proposal: "Bitcoin mining companies bring investment, create jobs and help develop renewable energy in many parts of the world. Over the years, Bitcoin mining has become one of the fastest growing industries in the world and the greenest industry in the world."
