🚀🚀Ethereum Co-Founder Sold Large Amount of ETH! But $380 Million Risk Continues! 🚀🚀
Ethereum (ETH), although performing slower than Bitcoin throughout the year, has recently recovered and experienced a remarkable increase. ETH, which gained more than 4% in the last 24 hours and exceeded $3,600, has rekindled interest among investors.
This rise also affected Ethereum co-founder Jeffrey Wilcke. Although transferring large amounts of crypto to cryptocurrency exchanges is generally considered a sale, Wilcke sent 20,000 ETH (worth $72.5 million) to the Kraken exchange today. Evaluating the recent increase in ETH, Wilcke continues to hold a significant amount of ETH despite making this large transfer.
According to Arkham data, Wilcke still holds 106,000 ETH, worth around $384 million. This shows his long-term confidence in Ethereum.
Wilcke sold a total of 44,300 ETH ($148 million) throughout 2024. The average price of these sales was recorded as $3,342. This transfer stands out as Wilcke's fourth largest ETH sale in 2024.
