🏠 @xcavateofficial is a decentralized protocol for RE tokenization and investment, aiming to transform the global market on Polkadot.

How is this possible?

By eliminating the need for intermediaries via the blockchain and introducing fractional ownership of real estate (NFTs). Xcavate is able to create a secure, automated, cost-effective investment experience and mitigate human error/counterparty risk. Xcavate also ensures compliant transactions by requiring participants to claim pseudonymous credentials verified through a trusted third party as part of a KYC and AML process 💡

Xcavate is on track to launch on Polkadot mainnet towards the end of Q4 this year. With their Decentralized Futures Grant, Xcavate aims to support its continued development:
