I have two days of support for this problem, I cannot access my account or web3 wallet, their response is that according to them my internet is the issue, but it only fails every time I try to access web3. This started happening since I bought an NFT, and now every time I try to log in it shows my phone, I already spoke with my provider and everything is fine. Binance is washing their hands, they just blame others, and now I cannot see my account statement at all, excuses to blame others for failures at home. Now I don't know how to solve this, I can't ask for help either because when it comes to money, everyone here is good but at their own convenience, maybe they'll help me just to take my money, nothing is charity or free, especially in December.
