After tonight, I think we shouldn't rush to short again. The bears have been quite strong these past two days, and the rebounds for the 8-hour and 12-hour have ended. This pullback is almost at the bottom. Friends who like to short should wait for the rebound to a high point before shorting, which would be more prudent. Some people think this pullback could drop to 80,000 or 76,000, but I think that's unlikely. At least, there are no signs of that right now. I estimate that it will only go down to about 88,000 to 87,000 at most. Because the daily line is still far from the zero axis, it is still too early to say there will be a major adjustment. The 90,000 position will not be easily broken. Once the rebound reaches 93,000 to 95,000, the market will choose a direction again.
If the indicators below 4 hours can recover and strengthen, then a major adjustment above the daily line may be nipped in the bud. From tonight to tomorrow, if the 8-hour and 12-hour MACD returns to zero, it will be easy to shift the trend upwards. So, the focus now is still on buying on dips. If the price is too high, consider shorting, and if the pullback stabilizes, look for opportunities to push up.
Today's trend, I already mentioned last night. The levels of 91,600 and 90,850 have been tested. If it drops again today, there will be some support near 90,450. I will start a small position there because even if it drops below 90,000 to 89,600-89,200-88,800, it will quickly bounce back, and at least a profit of 2,500 points can be made. Therefore, the low long strategy near 90,000 is very clear.
Last night, the 6-hour level rebounded from zero, rising from 91,600 to 94,600, a rebound space of 3,000 points. Today is the 8-hour rebound from zero. Therefore, when I said that the rebound here in the 90,000 defense battle would be at least 3,000 points, it makes a lot of sense. Not going long here at the integer level would waste two days of pullback opportunities.
