If I Bought $BTC in 2008, I'd Be on My Own Island!

This is a deceptive illusion people tell themselves. Let's imagine you bought bitcoin in 2008. In 2014, you discovered trading, and bitcoin's price was around $300. Would you have held onto it then? No. You would have thought, "Wow, I can buy something cool with this."

People still think this way today, "If I had bought bitcoin back then, I'd have something really valuable now." But the truth is, bitcoin won't make you rich. What's important is having the ability to manage your finances.

Short trades can give you the illusion of fast-growing income and huge profits, but if you don't know how to handle them, everything will just burn out on a simple trade. And again, you'll regret, "If only I had bought this earlier, if only I had held onto it longer, if only I hadn't sold it."
