The market surprises again, the big pie's pullback exceeds expectations!
This morning the market gave another big surprise. The extreme rebound at 91500 mentioned yesterday afternoon, I thought it could rise by 3000 points, but it ended up falling below. To be honest, I anticipated this pullback, but it still exceeded my imagination. I originally thought a pullback to around 94000 or 91500 would be enough, especially with that rapid spike down, but I didn't expect the slow decline within 4 hours to be so strong.
This made me reflect for a long time; trading is about continuous improvement. The big pie has risen from 49000 to around 100000, doubling in value. Moreover, every time the big pie is in a major upward wave, the pullback after the bottom doubling tends to be larger than usual. That's why I don't want to heavily invest in high-leverage contracts during an upward trend; the risk is too great, and there are always unexpected situations.
I've been waiting for that major pullback during the big pie's main upward wave. Although such a bottom also carries risks, it's relatively much smaller. Overall, I'm still holding with low leverage, firmly optimistic about the rise in December. I believe a major pullback won’t happen at this time. If a major pullback does come at this position, we might have to see 80000. But that said, the time and height are still insufficient now.
The core view in my trading system is about cycles, trends, and time. A trend won’t form in a short time, nor will it end quickly. Since the market has now shown a slow decline, it may need more fluctuations and testing to break out into the next upward wave. If it continues to drop to 89000, I will add to my position once, and again at 87000. Don’t be scared by the short-term declines; at least wait until February 2025 to talk about it. BTC, after all, requires some patience.
