Thank you for the interpretation, let's talk about the on-chain exchange of the S&P 500 or other U.S. stocks. I thought about this, but I can't do it because it's not compliant. Even the #BTCFi plan I made is wrapped in a layer of a fund or an offshore company, and then uses the fund or company to hold #BTC, $MSTR, and $IBIT, and only then can the assets in the fund be packaged to issue tokens; otherwise, it would be non-compliant.
I also wanted to directly issue a token that mirrors the price of MSTR, but unfortunately, this is not possible, as it would be quickly shut down by the SEC. Therefore, I can only execute it through an intermediary method, trying to avoid compliance issues. Some people ask why certain individuals can do this; it's because they are not afraid, but that doesn't mean it's compliant.
The current plan is compliant in most countries, although it is a bit cumbersome.
