Why hasn't Bitcoin broken the 100,000 mark yet? What tricks are the big players playing?
You see the price of Bitcoin, it’s like a grinding wheel going round and round, but in fact, it’s quietly accumulating stock. The more stock they accumulate, whether it goes up or down in the future, the bigger the movement will be.
I’m thinking, if there are more short sellers, say 4 billion, and long buyers at 6 billion, I’m the big player. I’ll let the price bounce up and down for a while, then suddenly slam it down to shake off those long buyers. Once they’re gone, I can pull the price back up and trap all the short sellers. This way, I can make money on both sides, feeling great!
They can raise the price in the blink of an eye. How can us retail investors keep an eye on the market 24 hours a day? Just having a meal or sleeping could lead to liquidation. They have dedicated personnel monitoring the number of short and long positions, and they strike when the opportunity arises, and we can’t defend against it!
Why are retail investors hesitant to jump in now? It’s still because they know that once Bitcoin rises to 100,000, it has to correct. If retail investors don’t get on board, how can Bitcoin surge? Getting on board means getting hurt, who wants that?
So how do we avoid this situation?
Let me say, this is just my opinion. Let’s not always think about making a big score, doing short-term trades to earn some small money is enough. Those big players are just eyeing our greed. You see those online claims of earning hundreds or thousands of times, those are just a tiny minority. Those who actually make money typically get out after earning a few dozen or over a hundred times. Let’s not be so greedy, earning half of our psychological expectation, or even less, is fine. This way, the big players won’t be able to blow us up. We can be like guerrilla fighters, striking and changing locations, very flexible!
