2- Apple: $3.454 trillion
3- Microsoft: $3.069 trillion
4- Amazon: $2.085 trillion
5- Alphabet (Google): $2.060 trillion
6- Meta: $1.421 trillion
7- Tesla: $1.090 trillion
8- TSMC: $991.87 billion
9- Broadcom: $765.69 billion
10- Oracle: $533.23 billion
Interestingly, 9 of these companies are headquartered in the United States, while TSMC is based in Taiwan.
What about the income of the leaders of these companies?
1- Jensen Huang: Jensen Huang, CEO and co-founder of Nvidia, has a computed salary for fiscal year 2024 of $34.17 million, of which $7.49 million is in cash. However, according to data from Capital IQ, a subsidiary of Standard & Poor’s, his actual total salary for fiscal year 2024 was $288.83 million.
In October of this year, Huang joined the list of the world's 10 richest billionaires, according to Forbes' billionaire rankings.
2- Tim Cook: Tim Cook, CEO of Apple, was paid about $63.21 million for the fiscal year 2023, of which about $16.24 million was in cash. However, he received $34.84 million for the same fiscal year.
3- Satya Nadella: The calculated salary of Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft, for the fiscal year 2024 amounted to about $79.11 million, but he received a total salary of about $51.88 million.
4- Andrew Jassy: The calculated annual salary of Amazon President and CEO Andrew Jassy for the 2023 fiscal year was about $1.72 million, but the total amount he actually received was about $29.55 million.
5- Sundar Pichai: The calculated salary of Sundar Pichai, CEO of Alphabet, Google’s parent company, for the fiscal year 2023 was about $8.8 million. However, his total salary for that fiscal year was $164.23 million.
6- Mark Zuckerberg: It is known that the annual salary of Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO and Chairman of Meta, is one million dollars. However, according to data, he received a total salary for the fiscal year 2023 of about 24.4 million dollars.
7- Elon Musk: Elon Musk, the founder, CEO and director of Tesla, received a total salary of about $1.86 million for the fiscal year 2023. Earlier this year, Tesla shareholders approved a salary package for Musk worth $56 billion. The data showed that Musk received a total salary of $23.45 billion in the fiscal year 2021.
8- CC Wei: The total calculated compensation for the Chairman and CEO of TSMC for the fiscal year 2023 was about $16.8 million. But the total amount he received for that year was about $14 million.
9- Hock Tan: Hock Tan, Chairman and CEO of Boardcom, was paid about $161.83 million for the fiscal year 2023. However, he received about $161.5 million during that fiscal year.
10- Larry Ellison: Larry Ellison, co-founder and chairman of Oracle, was paid $8.31 million for fiscal year 2024. However, he received a total salary of $645.8 million for the same fiscal year.
