If meme wants to continue to be sustainable in this cycle, there are two prerequisites:
1. In the macro sense, BTC needs to continuously break new highs or go sideways, which means that there is a steady stream of liquidity entering this market. The first element of financial products is liquidity, and enough liquidity can "be equally distributed".
Why does BTC have the possibility of continuously breaking new highs to attract liquidity?
1) Factual level.
It is already reaching new highs, and it is only a stone's throw away from 100,000. USDT and USDC are constantly increasing, and BTC ETFs are constantly inflowing (combined with the leverage of MSTR, it is getting more and more fierce. The so-called dual issuance of stocks and bonds to buy BTC is all driven by the Wall Street, which is a strong force to push BTC to new highs)
2) Narrative level.
The liquidity required in this round is much higher than before, which is a gap in magnitude, so it must be a grand narrative. At present, it seems that it can only be a BTC currency reserve system dominated by the United States, and radiating to Europe and the Middle East, so that sovereign funds can take over. This probability is quite high. The powerful people around Trump all support BTC or hold BTC. If you know a little about politics, you will know how much gold this contains. Secondly, most of the BTC holdings belong to American capital. They will definitely promote this matter from the perspective of interests. If, I mean, if the main holdings of BTC are still domestic, this narrative will not be established at all. Why is the concubine sluggish? One of the important reasons is that there are too many domestic capital holdings.
In the past few decades, the world financial system dominated by the US dollar system has actually harvested many countries, and everyone dares to be angry but dares not speak out. I guess that in the future it may become a "dollar + BTC" system. The United States does not like gold.
