The entire crypto circle's traffic logic has completely changed

Standard operating methods of a project in the last cycle:

1. Prepare materials

2. Prepare Twitter, TG, Discord,

3. Conduct lotteries and events to boost social data to at least tens of thousands

4. Create a points program, generate airdrop expectations and brush on-chain data

5. Negotiate with exchanges, organize a wave of KOL rounds + pre-launch promotion

6. Completing the shipment under the criticism of airdrop PUA

To put it bluntly, traffic comes from:

1. Platforms like Galaxy, Quest3, etc.

2. Airdrop harvesting accounts on Twitter and TG

3. Exchanges and KOLs

But this round has completely changed, as @keyahayek said, it’s the first time new users are coming directly to on-chain instead of exchanges, starting with a Dexscreener + Phantom wallet.

It used to take 6 steps to pull retail investors in, now it only takes 3: Scan the chain - Judge the angle - Jump in

Friends scanning chains basically first look at the candlestick chart, then go to Twitter and wallet monitoring platforms to see the angle.

People no longer care about the project's 'social data dimensions', but rather the narrative (perspective) and emotions. On-chain data? My trading volume, number of holders, and number of smart money addresses are not weaker than your 'on-chain data' created by points?

For non-large projects with high financing, this means at the beginning:

1. On-chain transaction team configuration priority > operation

2. Infectious visual impact > convoluted technical narratives

3. Simple front-end interactive products > complex B2B products

4. Chain scanning platforms + KOL = traffic masters

Why do AI agent memes like @TopHat_One perform well? Because P assesses whether a memecoin is a pump-and-dump scheme in just 30 seconds, and something that can be seen at a glance is a huge plus, jumping directly in.

This basically sentenced many purely on-chain non-trading projects to death (including pure social, identity, middleware, and complex mechanisms with deep entrances like games). As I said last year, this is the last bull market for the halal faction. Future users will not know what ZK, sharding, or L2 are. The cognitive threshold has significantly decreased, leading to true mass adoption.

In place of that are event viral marketing experts, a dev can create a small interactive, highly shareable page or gadget in a few days, or do a live stream, and accidentally perform much better than a closed-door construction project lasting 3 years

Whether DEX or CEX, they are 'cryptocurrency exchanges', and if you can't handle the currency well, everything is pointless.
