Wintermute may start being the CAT market maker from September 24 this year, having withdrawn 421 million tokens from major exchanges that day, and has been trading frequently over the past five days, with the coin price rising 24% in nearly a month. Currently, Wintermute holds CAT worth 8.38 million USD, ranking 9th in Meme holdings.
