Although altcoins have experienced a slight pullback today, the rankings on the gainers list clearly indicate that the altcoin market is starting to take off. In light of this situation, investors often face two dilemmas:
First, hold existing altcoins and wait for prices to rise.
Second, adjust positions to chase current hot sectors.
Many people feel conflicted when deciding whether to change positions, worried that prices will immediately rise after they sell their existing holdings, or that they will get stuck in hot sectors after buying in. At the same time, if they do not adjust their positions, they may miss the entire market's upward opportunity. I believe many friends have had similar experiences.
Based on my personal opinion, I do not recommend concentrating all funds in a single sector. The ideal approach is to diversify capital across leaders or outstanding projects in various sectors. Typically, the leading stocks in a field will drive the growth of the entire industry. By adopting a multi-sector allocation strategy, you can at least ensure that you do not completely miss any market rally—unless you happen to be very unlucky and miss all potential stocks.
Given that available funds are always limited while there are many investment options, how can we accurately capture the sectors that are about to become the focus? This requires cultivating sensitivity to the market. You should pay more attention to market changes, as many times trends are hidden in these details. Additionally, during your free time, keep an eye on relevant news dynamics and official announcements, as once you notice that a leading stock in a certain field starts to gain momentum, you can consider following up with secondary or tertiary tier members in that field, because as funds flow, these 'little brothers' may also experience a wave of upward momentum.
