Currently, we have entered a phase of rising trends for various altcoin sectors, which can be said to be the beginning of the altcoin season.
In every bull market, we see several stages:
Stage One: A large amount of capital flows into Bitcoin, marking the preliminary start of the bull market, with Ethereum and altcoins always weaker than Bitcoin.
Stage Two: Bitcoin reaches a relatively high point, with its market share hitting a strong resistance level that could potentially be a peak, and then Ethereum leads mainstream coins in a counterattack.
Stage Three: The leading altcoins in various sectors start to rally.
Stage Four: Altcoins begin to surge wildly, with daily occurrences of doubling or tripling in value, people's trading sentiment reaches a climax, and then the bull market ends amidst panic.
When Bitcoin reaches a relatively high point, people's trading interest in Bitcoin diminishes, leading to capital flowing into Ethereum and some mainstream coins. When these coins reach a relatively high point, capital will flow into other altcoins. Due to their smaller market capitalization, we can see that a portion of capital inflow can lead to several times the growth.
Finally, after Bitcoin's market capitalization drops to about half of the peak value of this bull market, the bull market ends and enters a bear market. After Bitcoin drops around 70%, the main players start accumulating Bitcoin at the bottom, waiting for the accumulation to finish before starting to push the price up, entering a new bull market, and the cycle repeats.
Looking at the market, which stage do you think we are in now?
