Trading insights

Trading coins, why is Wave 3 the best buying point? After pondering for quite a while, I finally understood the true meaning of this chart! All trades originate from this. From big losses to rebounds, many methods were learned during this period, but I sincerely feel that wave theory truly resonates with me. Today, I will share my insights on wave theory's trading methods over the years. The methods are simple, but the connotation is rich, so save them. To understand the basic logic of wave trading, one must first understand what wave structure is. Simply put, in an upward trend, the driving price action that continuously rises is generally a five-wave driving pattern, known as the famous upward five waves; while in a downward trend, the pattern driving the price down continuously is a three-wave adjustment pattern, known as the famous downward three waves. From the perspective of wave theory, buying point 1 is when the trend has just begun to reverse, this stage is just starting, and the safety factor is low; buying point 2 is when the market is in a consolidation adjustment, with limited gains; buying point 3 is the starting position of the main upward wave, usually this wave's increase is at least 1.5 times that of wave 1. 【Current stage】 often easily erupts into a big market. If you analyze it using the Chan theory, this is the resonance buying point between large and small levels, with high reliability, making it easy to reap significant profits. If you still find wave theory obscure and difficult to understand, please remember its three laws and grasp the essence of wave theory. Law one: The pullback of wave 2 generally does not exceed the starting point of wave 1. Law two: In the basic driving pattern of 1, 3, 5 waves, the increase of wave 3 will not be the shortest of the waves. Law three: In a complete five-wave drive, the adjustment of wave 4 will not fall to the price range of wave 1.
