ChainCatcher reported that the "Father of iPod" Tony Fadell has officially joined the Ledger board of directors. Tony Fadell has served as a consultant to Ledger and the designer of Ledger Stax since 2022.

Tony Fadell was born in Detroit, Michigan, USA. He is a designer, inventor, entrepreneur and venture capitalist. From 2006 to 2008, he served as the senior vice president of Apple's iPod department and led the research and development of iPod, so he was called the "Father of iPod".
