Things Men Do After Middle Age

Once a man enters middle age, he must remember to start treating himself well! To avoid cancer and live a few more decades, I will adhere to the following practices!

1. Do not drink milk tea, coffee, or sugary drinks, especially avoid any fried foods, high sugar, trans fats, and any junk food with high additives.

2. Do not smoke or drink alcohol.

3. Do not eat leftover food; primarily eat boiled dishes, avoid any fried foods, sugary drinks, and snacks containing trans fats and a lot of additives.

4. Eat a carrot a day to fight cancer.

5. Consider yourself first before doing anything, prioritize your happiness.

6. Sleep at least 8 hours a day, go to bed at 11 PM, and wake up to the sound of birds in the morning. Also, take a half-hour nap to recharge energy for a vigorous state.

7. Maintain a pleasant mood every day.

8. Make sure to blow-dry your hair after washing it at night.

9. Replace junk snacks with nuts or fruits.

10. Drink a cup of warm water every morning, and consume a pot of warm water throughout the day.

11. Stick to exercising; go hiking when possible, immerse yourself in nature, converse with life, and reflect on destiny.

12. Insist on soaking your feet every night.

13. Stay away from mahjong tables, refuse to participate in card games, cut ties with friends related to gambling, and eliminate those who bring negative energy.

14. Buy groceries, cook meals, make soup, and fry eggs daily to enjoy the joy of cooking. Let the kitchen be filled with the aroma of food, and appreciate the beauty in life.

15. Have meals at regular times, control portion sizes, and only eat until 70% full.

Do not eat late-night snacks; only drink a glass of water or a box of milk to maintain good health.

16. Consume 3 red dates and 10 goji berries daily, and take 10,000 steps brisk walking to maintain a vibrant body.

17. Learn to hide talents, control temper and ambition, but take pleasure in exposing and defeating conspiracies!

18. Manage finances rationally, do not take risks to seem wealthy.

19. Try to maintain a state of contemplation and observation every day, watch the clouds moving in the sky, stay calm, and meditate for a while.

Most importantly, learn to accept your fate, acknowledge that even if you are smart, your abilities are limited, life is finite, and stop blindly struggling.
