I fell today, but nothing happened. In fact, falling is a probabilistic event, and everyone may fall. The key is what happens after falling. Generally speaking, young people will not be affected by falling, because first, their bodies will react at the moment of falling, and they will land in the position with the least injury. Second, young people have strong and resilient bones.

But if an elderly person falls, there may be problems, one is slow reaction, and the other is osteoporosis, which makes bones easy to break or crack.

There is a way to increase bone density, which is weight training. In fact, almost anyone can/should do weight training.
