The price of the cryptocurrency $SUI from November 15 to 22 practically did not change. On Tuesday, November 17, the cryptocurrency updated its historical maximum, reaching $4 for the first time. However, after that, a correction began.

The main news for Sui was the failure that occurred on the afternoon of November 21. For two hours, transactions became impossible. The reason was an error in the overload control code, which had recently been updated. After detection, it was fixed in both the main and test networks, and within 15 minutes, operations were fully restored. It is worth noting that the failure in Sui was the first ever.
In other respects, things are going quite well for the cryptocurrency. The number of active accounts this week reached 30 million. This is a record of all time. More than two-thirds of this number—21.51 million active addresses—are exclusively from 2024.
Additionally, Sui continues to expand by integrating new stablecoins. After USDC was deployed on the cryptocurrency's blockchain in October, it was announced on November 20 that FDUSD had joined it. This will allow Sui to improve the liquidity of the ecosystem.
