Deep Tide TechFlow News, on November 20, Vivek Ramaswamy, leader of the Department of Efficiency of the U.S. Government, posted on social platform X: 'The Treasury maintains a 'Do Not Pay (DNP) list', requiring agencies to check it before disbursing funds. The DNP screens for death, federal debt defaults, and excluded contractors. But it doesn't actually work that way: for example, the Small Business Administration issued over 100,000 forgivable loans to individuals on the DNP list, resulting in $5.3 billion being paid to beneficiaries who may not have qualified for federal support. The SBA Inspector General recognized this and recommended that the agency stop this practice, but the current leadership of the agency rejected the proposal. This blatant waste must stop. It's time for DOGE to take action.'

Musk responded by saying, 'The scale and boldness of government fraud is shocking.'
