The well-known crypto security platform Blowfish has announced that it has been acquired by the self-custody wallet Phantom. This move aims to integrate Blowfish's advanced security technology to further enhance the security features of the Phantom wallet. The Blowfish team will join Phantom to jointly develop more powerful security features, including transaction simulation previews and real-time fraud alerts. As the integration progresses, Blowfish's existing services will gradually shut down, while Phantom users will enjoy support for features with higher security standards.

Since its establishment, Blowfish has provided services for over 40 wallet partners including Phantom, Kraken, MetaMask, and Brave, protecting over $18 billion in user assets and successfully preventing 2.8 million fraud incidents.
