Good evening.. I want to share that I am new to this world of the crypto market.

Starting out I bought $HIGH $AEVO $ZK

Without much experience and knowledge I bought these assets, but I have not been able to sell them since I bought them they have not stopped going down, even with the rise of BTC I am still at a loss... I don't know if I should sell them before they continue to go down or wait to see if at some point I can get rid of them without so much loss. What would be better?
