Liquidity is not the more abundant the better, nor is it the more depleted the better.
The best state is to be depleted when it is needed and to be abundant when it is needed. There is neither opposition nor any barrier between depletion and abundance.
"Pulling the market" is an easy job, and liquidity operation is the core.
