BlackRock's $BTC ETF hits new daily volume record as BTC tops $88,000
As Bitcoin surpassed $88,000 for the first time on Monday, BlackRock's BTC spot exchange-traded fund set a new daily trading volume record, according to Bloomberg senior ETF analyst Eric Balchunas.
BlackRock’s spot bitcoin ETF generated $4.5 billion in daily trading volume, according to Balchunas, who posted the results on X.
“The Bitcoin Industrial Complex (ETF + MSTR, COIN) saw $38 billion in trading volume today, which is an all-time high everywhere, including $IBIT which saw $4.5 billion, indicating a solid week of capital inflows. It was a crazy day, it really deserves a name like VolmagosoftBitcoinRejection #BTC🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
