I don't know who this big brother is, where he lives, or what job he does, but he has made bold statements in my post.

According to Article 115 and 155 of the Penal Code 2015, individuals who discriminate against regions, whether intentionally or unintentionally, mock or ridicule, affecting the dignity and honor of others, depending on the severity, may be subject to criminal liability.

Penalties for the crime of humiliating others can range from a fine of 10,000,000 VND to 30,000,000 VND, or imprisonment from 1 to 5 years.

Next is the sentence: "If you drink water at my place, I'll beat you to death."

Clause 1, Article 133 of the Penal Code 2015 stipulates the crime of threatening to kill as follows: "Anyone who threatens to kill another person, if there is sufficient evidence to make the threatened person fear that the threat will be carried out, shall be subject to non-custodial reform for up to 3 years or imprisonment from 6 months to 3 years...."
