Smart verifiable computing platform Brevis announced the completion of a $7.5 million seed round of financing, led by Polychain Capital and Binance Labs, with participation from IOSG, Nomad Capital, Bankless Ventures and HashKey. Brevis' first product, Brevis ZK Coprocessor, enables blockchain applications to transfer complex and costly computations to low-cost off-chain networks for execution. The ZK proofs generated off-chain can be verified in on-chain smart contracts, ensuring that applications use the results with the same security as on-chain computations, with complete trustlessness and greatly reduced costs.
