I am often asked how to allocate positions. Here is a trading strategy for your reference:
1⃣️ Divide the investment funds into 10 equal parts.
2⃣️ When the price reaches the support level, invest 1 part of the funds to establish a position.
3⃣️ If the price rises by 5% subsequently, take profit, and then invest 1 part of the funds to establish a position again.
4⃣️ If the price falls by 5%, increase the position of 1 part of the funds.
5⃣️ If the price continues to fall by 5%, increase the position of 1 part of the funds again. If the price rises by 5% afterwards, sell 1 part of the position.
6⃣️ Repeat the above steps to form a cycle.
This strategy aims to manage risks by building positions in batches and taking profits at the right time, while taking advantage of market volatility to increase returns.
