I want to emphasize that while everyone can freely dispose of the earnings from crypto, I have seen too many people lose everything due to poor management over the years or not using it for 'more important things'. Therefore, I have some humble suggestions:
Invest in healthy foods, choosing home-grown or organic options.
Create a personal training plan for physical health or hire a personal trainer, whether a fitness trainer or a tennis coach.
Participate in energy or spiritual retreats, such as yoga, qigong, or introspection. Strongly recommend one-on-one learning with a true mentor.
If you have a garden, you can build a small wooden house and turn it into your 'sanctuary' for daily inner practice. Do not let others enter. This is your exclusive inner workspace. Alternatively, dedicate a room in your apartment for this purpose.
Get health check-ups for yourself and your family every six months, including scans and blood tests.
Set up a medical emergency fund to provide security for yourself, your family, and even good friends.
Purchase some online courses to enhance your happiness, such as suitable meditation courses and psychology lectures.
Invest in items that improve the quality of life and rest, such as good mattresses, insulating cables, air filters, and silk sheets.
Whenever you arrive in a new place, aside from regular tourist or work activities, develop the habit of visiting local therapists, acupuncturists, or others who can improve your health.
Improve your trading or investment equipment, such as better screens, more comfortable chairs, grounding mats, and a better working environment.
Consider purchasing land in remote areas or establishing an eco-farm for emergencies, such as facing situations similar to lockdowns from COVID-19 again.
Clean your living environment and try to use items made from natural materials (like stone, wood, minerals), reducing the use of plastics and chemicals.
Things not recommended
Buying a supercar (people are focused on the car, not you).
Attend luxury parties, even if a bottle of wine costs tens of thousands of dollars (you probably won't taste the difference).
Avoid associating with people who are full of negative energy or bad influences, just for temporary sexual release.
Do not rely on 'paid' partner experiences, but rather work on improving yourself; the right person will naturally appear.
Owning a private jet, think about how often you can actually use it?
Do not boast about making a lot of money.
Do not stop associating with ordinary people because you feel superior.
Avoid over-purchasing useless items.
All the recommendations I make are aimed at self-improvement, enhancing personal happiness, and improving living conditions.
What I do not recommend are superficial and short-term behaviors aimed at enhancing image and self-satisfaction that cannot provide lasting fulfillment.
Reiterate that everyone can freely dispose of their earnings and assets according to their own will.
