Timing, buying points, valuation, and strategy are all important. For those who once held BNB or ETH, they caught a good era, the early stage of the industry, which is not applicable now. Issuing coins and having a terrifying high valuation {I once attended an offline gathering, it was mostly dominated by market makers, who were all here to issue coins for financing and harvesting retail investors. They also earned from altcoins and then exchanged for BTC]
In today's market, how should we choose
Find projects with potential that can even be assessed objectively
I personally categorize the majority into three main points 👇🔻
1️⃣ There should be a clear and visible objective
2️⃣ The more concepts that align with future explosions, the better
3️⃣ Market cap and future space, current prices are undervalued
1: Have a clear target, such as market cap, find the corresponding market cap from the last bull market, for example, SOL, a public chain had a market cap of about 40 billion during the last bull market, while the overall market cap of altcoins at that time was only one-fifth of today’s total altcoin market cap. Newly launched coins casually have a market cap of hundreds of billions. Just knowing this helps roughly estimate whether there is still significant upward space and momentum
2: Themes and tracks, a good story, follow the trends, respond quickly to hot topics. Due to the enormous uncertainty and innovation in the crypto space, all investments actually start around a good story
3: Regarding market cap and future space, first look at the same track. Actually, I previously wrote about BGB, which is quite a good choice, but currently, the space is not very large. However, compared to other altcoins, it has increased certainty, being an exchange platform coin, benchmarked against Euro Coin and Binance, it’s clear. This provides a solid objective data basis. Only in reasonable valuation conditions can you have the opportunity to profit, supported by user data
Most importantly, a project with a good story is like a good business; it also needs a good opportunity, a good price, an undervalued price. Only in this way can you make money
