Binance has announced the integration of Amazon Web Services (AWS) generative AI technology to improve user verification processes and provide more efficient customer support.
This collaboration includes the use of Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Elastic Container Service, reflecting Binance’s drive to integrate AI and cloud computing innovations with blockchain technologies.
The new verification system leverages AWS-powered AI to simplify the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, automating user information and address verification and reducing the need for manual reviews, enhancing the user experience.
Rohit Wade, CTO of Binance, explained that this integration helps Binance provide reliable and more efficient services, in line with its commitment to supporting users.
Additionally, Amazon Bedrock enables an AI-powered chatbot to serve Binance users by responding to their inquiries instantly and resolving issues in real-time, enhancing the quality of customer support.
This collaboration is part of a broader partnership between Binance and AWS, where Binance will leverage Amazon CloudWatch and AWS Lambda services for automated diagnostics and troubleshooting, contributing to higher levels of operational efficiency.
Also, as part of its expansion of services, Binance last month launched the “Binance Wealth” platform, designed to help wealth managers integrate digital assets into their services.
