According to BlockBeats, voting stations in eight U.S. states, including New York, have opened as of 6 a.m. Eastern Time (UTC+8 7 p.m.). The states with fully operational voting stations are Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, New Hampshire, and Virginia.

Some states have not yet fully opened their voting stations. In Indiana and Kentucky, polling stations in the Central Time Zone will open at 7 a.m. Meanwhile, in Maine, cities with populations under 500 will open their stations by 10 a.m. at the latest.
