According to Foresight News, crypto detective ZachXBT responded to notzachxbt's article about the deployment of the ERC-20z token, stating, 'The Zora interface currently does not indicate to creators that an ERC-20 token will be issued simultaneously at the end of the limited edition NFT minting (as evidenced by the attached screenshot). If everyone continues to @ me in the post, I will continue to mint more tokens indefinitely for dilution, and may take other measures (such as replacing works on Zora with blank images). I never intended for people to speculate on my investigative work; I just wanted to permanently preserve a free digital collectible on the blockchain (refer to my previous article on Mirror).'

Previously, notzachxbt stated that ZachXBT deployed an ERC-20z token on the Base network on August 19, 2024 (on-chain data shows September 19) and that Zora users purchased it on the secondary market, causing the price to rise. The current price is $1,100, which is more than 3,000 times the original price. Some of Zach's fans formed a community around this token and even bridged it to Solana.
