Today is November 5th. I was foolish yesterday; my strategy was to short the market. However, in the morning, the market suddenly surged and hit my stop-loss point. Then it suddenly dropped to my short entry point, which was truly unlucky. After this trade, I became a bit hesitant and started to chase prices and sell on dips. The most regrettable part was around 9:15 AM; if I had followed my morning strategy, I would have shorted, but for some reason, I wanted to trade the breakout. I actually went long. What a fool I am! Now, in hindsight, the most important thing is the lack of confidence; I'm afraid of losses and not decisive enough. It could also be that I've been watching the market for too long. I was tricked by the market makers' charts and ended up losing a few hundred dollars instead of making a profit.
