Humility and courage, responsibility and challenges | The changes and constancy of He Yi over the past six years!
I am very honored to have lunch opposite the first sister @heyibinance the day before yesterday, as well as the exchanges at the After Party that day!
I also thank the first sister for saying she really likes reading the articles I write.
I know that writing from the heart will move people! Just as treating others sincerely from the heart will make people feel like they are in a warm spring breeze!

1⃣️ Memories from six years ago | Change and constancy
The last time I had a close encounter with the first sister was six years ago when Binance had just started.
Now, seeing Binance has long become the existence of the universe's number one exchange that cannot be reached!
Clearly, some things have changed, while others have not!
2⃣️ What hasn't changed is the consistently excellent qualities!
First, let's talk about what hasn't changed -
What hasn't changed is the most precious thing: the first sister's qualities!
Six years ago, she spent a long time at the forefront; back then, the first sister was like a firefighter!
But that humility and empathy radiating from within, along with the resolute courage and inner tolerance you can feel, has not changed at all!
This is something that cannot be faked; to some extent, this is also the base color of Binance!
I have always believed that @cz_binance brings 'responsibility' to Binance, and an accountability system of 'doing the right thing'.
What @heyibinance the first sister brought to Binance is the spirit of humility and the courage to face difficulties.
To some extent, these cores have become the elements that coalesce together, becoming a kind of 'cultural attribute' and symbol of Binance!
So every time the first sister appears, it gives everyone a feeling of being in a warm spring breeze, facing everything with an attitude of never shying away!
These are the base colors! They are culture!
If we look at this from a higher perspective, these qualities point to a profound respect and understanding of life, others, and the world we live in.
3⃣️ What has changed is the higher goals set by the first sister!

What has changed is Binance's next goal after becoming a leader!
Six years ago, Binance's goal was to become the best exchange in the world. Six years later, the first sister hopes Binance can build a beautiful future, allowing more users and more people in the world to better use digital currency!
One more thing is that when I met the first sister this time, she has lost a lot of weight, and you can clearly feel some fatigue. She may have been quite tired recently, and the wrinkles at the corners of her eyes have increased a bit. For a goddess, this is somewhat a cruel thing.
The first sister has been striving and has never stopped, so on the other hand, I believe this is also the best medal that 'Fighting' has given her!
Now Binance is much larger than it was six years ago, with many internal and external issues waiting to be resolved. CZ's retreat to the background and last year's events in the U.S. pose significant challenges for Binance, and certainly for the first sister as well!
We cannot know what the first sister has faced during this time, but fortunately, everything is better now!
The first sister said during the interview:
Fortunately, we are operating well and still leading the industry. There are two main challenges here: one is internal organizational challenges, which we have already addressed; the second is external environmental challenges.
As a goddess, the first sister could have retired to the background, looking beautiful and at ease, but as the founder of Binance and an entrepreneur with grand goals, she clearly will not stop her pace!
So in the future, the first sister will continue to strive. Of course, it may inevitably involve more fatigue, but isn't that what a true goddess is?
