TechFlow reported that on October 23, the Vietnamese government released the National Blockchain Technology Application and Development Strategy (2025-2030) on October 22, 2024, which clearly identified blockchain as one of the important technological trends of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and is committed to making Vietnam a regional leading blockchain technology research, application and innovation center by 2030. According to the strategy, the Vietnamese government plans to create 20 blockchain brands with regional influence and set up at least 3 blockchain testing centers in major cities. At the same time, the strategy emphasizes five major action plans, including improving the legal environment, developing infrastructure, and cultivating blockchain talents, and strives to promote the widespread application of blockchain technology in financial inclusion, identity verification and other fields.
