Thanks to the collaboration between Ripple and IBM, Garanti BBVA Cryptoâs security infrastructure has been further strengthened. While the company securely stores cryptocurrencies thanks to IBMâs LinuxONE infrastructure, it will ensure the protection of private keys, data and applications with end-to-end security solutions offered by Ripple. This solution is supported by data encryption, isolation of customer environments and hardware security modules. In addition, security measures against malicious actors will be further tightened with a management framework that minimizes threats.
Garanti BBVA Cryptoâs General Manager Korcan Abalı, in his statement regarding this security move on the platform, stated that the increasing demand for cryptocurrency storage services has taken them even further on this path.
