New Crypto Regulations in Argentina are Coming! đŠđ·
The Argentine Securities Regulatory Agency (CNV) is publicly consulting on a new draft aimed at regulating the operations of virtual asset service providers (VASPs). If Resolution No. 1025 is passed, crypto companies will be required to disclose agreements with third parties and customers and strengthen cybersecurity and anti-money laundering measures. This move is a continuation of the VASP registration earlier this year and is aimed at better protecting crypto users.
