Golden Finance reported that according to monitoring data from Arkham, the Ethereum Foundation's marked address started transferring DAI through multiple transactions about 15 hours ago. So far, approximately 460,900 DAI has been transferred, and these funds have been moved to Gnosis, Identity, and several unmarked addresses.
