đšCoinbase has filed a motion in a DC court asking a judge to grant a partial judgment in its lawsuit against the SEC to gain access to internal documents related to crypto regulatory enforcement.
Coinbaseâs attorney said the SEC has deliberately delayed Coinbaseâs efforts to obtain the documents through Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, despite Coinbase suing the agency for access. The SEC is asking for a three-year period to decide whether the documents can be released to Coinbase, according to the lawsuit.
