Elon Musk's chances of winning his second lawsuit against OpenAI look slim, according to an analysis by Fortune magazine. Musk is trying to force the organization he previously founded to pay him three times the $44.6 million he donated over five years and to force it to open source all the research behind its neural network GPT-4. Musk claims there is a "founding agreement" with OpenAI CEO Sam Altman that explicitly prohibits this possibility. However, he failed to produce the agreement, arguing instead that it is fully reflected in the nonprofit's December 2015 certificate of registration. (Fortune) #DYOR42711
