Odaily Planet Daily News According to an analysis by Fortune magazine, the possibility of Elon Musk winning the second lawsuit against OpenAI looks slim. Musk is trying to force the organization he founded previously to pay him three times the $44.6 million he donated over five years and force it to open source all the research results behind its neural network GPT-4. Musk claims that there is a "founding agreement" reached with OpenAI CEO Sam Altman that explicitly prohibits this possibility. However, he failed to produce the agreement, arguing instead that the agreement was fully reflected in the nonprofit organization's December 2015 registration certificate. (Fortune)
